1. Introduction

Media-kit Pro ("Service", "we") helps creators build a credible media kit and campaign-ROI report from the data of their connected YouTube and Instagram accounts. This policy explains what data we process and how.

2. Data we process

• Account data: your Google account email and name (at sign-in).
• YouTube data: your channel stats (subscribers, views, watch-time), audience demographics, geography, top videos, and where available, estimated revenue — only for your own connected channel.
• Instagram data: your account basics, post metrics (reach, likes, comments) and, above 100 followers, audience demographics.
• Billing: subscriptions are handled by Stripe; we only store subscription status and never see or store your card details.

3. How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: to build and display your media kit and ROI report, and on the public page you choose to share.

4. Google API data — Limited Use

Media-kit Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your YouTube data for advertising, do not sell it, and use it only for the features provided to you.

5. Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted on trusted cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Your media kit is only accessible to those you share your public link with. Our processors: Google, Meta (Instagram), Stripe, and our cloud host.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data, or disconnect accounts, at any time — email the address below and we delete within 30 days.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will notify you of material changes in the Service.
